Connection problem to CRM Online 2015

Hi i am new in XrmToolbox for dynamics crm. my first thing i did is that i create connection then i check the "Use CRM Online" then "Use Office 365" automatically got checked also then i typed my authentication username and pass. now i get this error

An error occured while retrieving organizations: Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved:
'https://disco.com.dynamics.com:80/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc?
wsdl'.
Inner Exception: The operation has time out



my other question is that is XrmToolbox can only be use to subscribe crm? cause i tried this on trial only

XrmToolBox works with any kind of CRM deployment, trials included.

Are you sure your CRM organization is on North America datacenters? when selecting CRM online, you must then choose the geographic area (in server name dropdownlist):
crm.dynamics.com for NA
crm4.dynamics.com for EMEA
etc...

you can find this information in your browser address bar when using your CRM
