Sync Filter Manager

We are in the process to rolling out CRM for Outlook client to 350 odd users and need to alter the My Appointment Sync filter so that all pre-existing appointments are NOT synchronised to the users Outlook calendar.

Toolbox can assist with enabling and disabling which filters get activated, however, I am unable to get the tool to specify a date range for the My Appointment System Filter.

Any assistance would be much appreciated?

The tool does not allow to edit filters. But you can create a specific view with the appropriate filter, then apply this view filter to the existing system filter

I will give it a try to creating the specific view with filters and then applying it to the system filters.
