Connecting to 2015 OnPrem CRM

I have a number of times tried to connect to my CRM OnPrem instance. In the past it has allowed me to connect one time, but then trying to use that connection again has failed and I have to make another new connection. I have done this about 10 times, and now I am unable to connect at all. I have two questions. 1) how do I see the error I am getting when the connection fails? and 2) how to edit (or at least delete) the old saved connections that are no longer working?
