Unable to connect

Came across your tool and wanted to try it out but am unable to connect to our CRM Online in North America.

I know nothing is blocked as I can connect to CRM Online via browser AND via the CRM Developer Toolbox integrations from Visual Studio 2012.

Not a lot to select and choose. If there is a hidden log file or way to give more information please let me know, thanks!

Use Office 365 (checked)
