Test connection failed: Unable to connect to the remote server

I created a new connection to CRM 2013 and I am able to get the list of organizations (there's only 1). But, when I try to connect to the org, it says...

"Test connection failed: Unable to connect to the remote server"

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. Any help would be appreciated.

Generaly, this indicates that you access your deployment with a name, or IP address that are not set in the deployment manager. So the discovery service returns a name that your computer cannot reach.

Ask to your administrator which names are set as web addresses in deployment manager and make sure you can resolve them
