Connection Problem in CRM 2013... and a few other problems.. What am I doing wrong?

I've been trying for the last few days to get this to work on Windows 7, but I keep getting errors. I am wondering if anyone can assist. The screenshot below shows the several error messages I get:

Also because I'm on Windows 7, I can't right-click and see the "unblock" button. What am I doing wrong?

I just tried to connect to CRM Online and did not get the same errors...

First capture is related to a network error: login.live.com should be accessible
Second capture is because the org is not using Office 365

Could you try again and check if login.live.com is reachable through IE?

I get the "Oups" page and I am on Windows 7, so there is no "Unblock" button. Can you assist Tanguy?

Hi, is the tool executed from a network share?

The "oups" message is because the tool cannot load plugin files. On my knowledge, only network share and blocked files can do that
