Connection problems!

I just downloaded the xrmtoolbox but can't seem to connect to my crmonline instance. I am in the UK and hence am using crm4.dynamics.com. When I fill in all my credentials and ht Get Orgs I get this error

I tried using the free RibbonEditor which seems to use the same application icon and exactly the same Connection box as the XRMToolbox (albeit the RibbonEditor has a textbox for filling in the Server name rather than a drop down), and it seems to connect fine.

Is there an issue with the fact that using the dropdown in xrmtoolbox may have the wrong server name hardcoded behind the scenes!?

Any help would be much appreciated

Does it work if you tick the checkbox "Use Office 365"?

YES, it does work when you tick "Use office 365"!!! :-)
I don't actually have an Office 365 account but nevertheless, I'm glad I can log in now
